About shipping

eTech-city uses third parties delivery services for our goods and the goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customers directly. The delivery company provides all of the delivery time range and the estimated arrival times displayed in our site. It usually takes 3-5 working days to reach moust destinations in the world.


Returning faulty or damaged goods

If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 21 days, you can return them to us for repair or replacement. Parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging.
